To see Wigan become a borough where community, creativity, and compassion thrive — where every person feels valued, connected, and part of a shared story of hope. We do this by creating spaces where stories are told through music, arts, poetry, sports, business, education and health. Partnering with local creatives and cultural organisations to nurture talent and promote stories of resilience, kindness and renewal across Wigan.
