Ben Tarbuck

Ben is the Leader of Way Church, a diverse, creative and pioneering community in the heart of Wigan. He is warm, people focussed and strategically driven to see people achieve God’s call for their lives. He is the Chaplain of Wigan Athletic, husband to Hannah and father to two beautiful kids.
Neil Cook

Neil has lived and served in Wigan since 2010 and as rector oversees the activities of the Church of England in the Wigan area. Before ordination he was an international event director working in the digital comms space. His desire is to see people and places transformed by God’s grace and believes an exciting way God is doing this is through new friendships and partnerships. Neil is also interested in the power of prayer and chairs Prayer Mission Europe, a collaboration between Korean and European churches.
Andrew Belfield

Andrew has spent 42 years working in the charitable sector as a bridge builder, connecting people and organisations across diverse sectors. He is a reformer who challenges injustice and complacency, and a visionary who paints a compelling picture of a better future. Through his work, he helps individuals and communities build a better story—collectively and personally. Andrew’s experience spans international, national, and local contexts, giving him a unique ability to connect strategy with grassroots action.
